Advertising
Your assistant advertise your property on various platforms, and co-ordinate viewings to ensure you get the right tenants.
Tenancy agreements
We create custom tenancy agreements tailored to your property needs, whether it's a HMO, sole let or guarantor agreement.
Background checks and onboarding
We manage all aspects when on boarding your tenants ensure all checks are done inline with your requirements and current legislation.
Deposit and Rent collection
We can collect and register deposits. We can also collect monthly rent payments and ensure payments are made on time.
Tenant Requests
Your assistant will handle all communication with the tenants. We provide an online portal to log issues which your assistant will promptly follow up.
