How our pricing works for you:
Subcription Fee
We do not charge a fixed percentage of your rental income. We only charge a small fixed subscription fee, so that our agents can be on standby to:
- Respond to any tenant requests
- Look after your property
- Keep track of payments
- Send reminders of due inspections
- Provide that essential link between you and your tenants.
Cost Per Hour
We belive you should only pay for what you need. We bill for the time our agents spend managing your property.
- We only proceed with your approval
- We bill by the minute
- Full details and time sheets are provided
- All communications and records are logged
You can choose to action tasks yourself. We will provide all the details needed.
Tenantcy agreements
We can draft bespoke agreements to suit your property and specific requests. We provide:
- An initial consulation with out legal team
- A taylored tenancy agreement
We charge a fee for drafting the intial contract. From then on we:
- Track legislation changes
- Make any legally required amendments (free of charge)
- Charge for each new tenant and signature process.
Deposit and Rent Collection
We can manage all aspects regarding collection of rent and depsoits. We:
- Register desposits and issue certifcates
- Track all rent payments
- Chase any late or missed payements
- Help manage payment issues
Detailed statements are provided periodically.
